Full biography
Murray Saunders is a very experienced dental practitioner who qualified in 1985 from Dundee Dental Hospital and has worked in hospital dentistry and in the Armed Forces (RAF) for 16 years, gaining considerable experience in general practice and obtaining the MGDS RCS (Eng) examination in 1994. He then undertook his Masters in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute and qualified with distinction in 1997 and is on the General Dental Specialist Register for Endodontics.
He divides his time between Specialist Endodontic Referral practice in Woking and as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Eastman Dental Institute. Between 2003 to 2016 he was a Supervisor, Honourary Lecturer and Examiner at the Eastman Dental Institute, helping to train many of the current Endodontic Practitioners and Specialist Endodontists who have studied there.
You can expect referred patients to be offered the highest quality of dental care and endodontic expertise in a caring and professional manner using the most up to date technology. The aim is to work together with the referring dentist to provide the best advice, care and a successful outcome but also allowing the referring dentist to continue the post endodontic treatment and obtain a successful conclusion for the patient.
Murray is a former President of the Langham Endodontic Study Group and was President of the British Endodontic Society in 2014. In addition to this he has extensive experience in lecturing and running hands-on courses all over the UK.
Murray is happy to accept referrals for patients requiring advice or treatment for:
